Each time ANDY enters his elevator, he is joined by the STRANGE MAN who lives next door, and intimidates Andy by staring at him the entire ride. Concerns for his life go unheeded by friends, and ANDY is forced to turn to a mystic for advisement. Unexpectedly experiencing a reality-challenging drug induced experience, ANDY discovers that he now has no fear of the Strange Man, and standing up for himself, he successfully forces him to back off.
