A L O R A   Ç O L L E T
Conceptual / Storyboard Artist

For three years, Alora Collet has been designing her own explorative series of graphic novels and developing a company. Having a strong passion for the arts, and being born to director Chantall Collet, it is no surprise that Alora works in concept and storyboard design. She has a unique understanding of the film industry which includes living in most major film cities in North America: Toronto, Montreal, Los Angeles, and Vancouver. Alora is a comic writer, penciller, and inker.

In Los Angeles, Alora was immediately accepted into the Arts and Technology Magnet for Gifted Students where she took an elective in 3D animation sponsored by Dreamworks. Alora has worked with the Vancouver Art Gallery in the Teen Art Group, as well as taking a comic writing and illustration course with established artist Robin Thompson. She was recently accepted into the Lord Byng Secondary Arts school, and is currently attending a course in drawing at Emily Carr Institute.

Alora’s goals over the next few years include attending a university in New York or Los Angeles for animation and business. She is currently interested in internship or work opportunities for the summer and through the year, in either city, and perhaps Vanncouver.
